Parnassos Ski Center: A Modern Snow Experience, a Breath Away from Athens!

In terms of infrastructure, the Parnassos Ski Center is one of the few ski centers worldwide that has detachable Combi-type lifts, serving both visitors and skiers with speed and safety. Parnassos has 5 such facilities and is the first center in Greece to install a detachable aerial lift. Also, four of its slopes are certified by the International Ski Federation (F.I.S Homologation) for hosting international ski competitions, demonstrating the high quality of the facilities. The ski center is spread over two areas, Fterolaka and Kelaria, whose facilities have been unified and are connected by an aerial lift, offering a seamless and uninterrupted experience.
With 23 slopes, 7 ski routes, and 7 connecting trails, it covers a distance of 34 kilometers and is suitable for all skill levels. Advanced skiers can choose from 13 modern lifts, 6 surface lifts, and 7 aerial lifts, while there are also 4 easy babylift lifts for beginners. The daring can seek out one of the many off-piste, black routes, for more adrenaline, or visit Kelaria, a slope that caters to experienced skiers and has obstacles for jumps and maneuvers.
At an altitude of 1,640 to 2,260 meters and with a magnificent view that reaches the sea, the Parnassos Ski Center is chosen every year even by visitors who don't want to exercise but prefer to drink a hot chocolate or have lunch at the chalet, enjoying the snowy landscape.
